About Bellarine Discovery Tours
Bellarine Discovery Tours has discontinued all tours, sorry.
Experience the wineries and attractions of the Bellarine Peninsula just 50 klms across the bay from Melbourne.
Tour this marvellous hidden wonderland, just beyond the City of Geelong, now gaining a more deserving reputation for its beautiful scenery, fine dining and premier wineries.
Our group tour of Bellarine wineries with a local professional Tour Guide is the less well known alternative to the Yarra Valley villages and wineries.
However, this is much more than a wine tour.
Bellarine Discovery Tours is a journey by coach for a full day for social or corporate groups.
Pick up point at your discretion to suit your group of 40 to 55 people, to be advised to us.
Guests will visit four premium Bellarine wineries, with a possible fifth if time permits on the return journey.
Sightseeing and story telling is an important part of your discovery of the Bellarine!
There may be hidden treasure and long lost items…
There is a very real connection to an obscure world-wide conspiracy – with fascinating facts about a local facility
We visit two wineries, with magnificent Bay views, for Cellar Door tastings prior to our lunch stop at a very popular venue close by.
Lunch includes a complimentary glass of wine with the tasty fresh shared platters popular with guests.
The small seaside township of Portarlington will provide a short interlude prior to visiting a hidden treasure winery for further tastings. If time permits, a visit to another unique Winery for a tasting is always a visual delight before the journey home.
Both our driver & Pauline an experienced professional accredited tour guide will be in attendance providing an entertaining sightseeing tour, much laughter and a safe return home.
The cost for your groups day tour is available on enquiry.
However, if you wish to purchase extra wine, bottles to take home, or any other items please note this is at your own expense.
Bellarine Discovery Tours offers a unique way to find out a little about this less recognised piece of Victoria –
a combination of country and coast.

– always accompanied by your personal, professional Tour Guide.
The Bellarine Peninsula is a place uniquely situated just an hours drive from Melbourne.
We will pass through the bayside City of Geelong, the jewel on Corio Bay.
This is the gateway to The Bellarine.
Begin your social or corporate group tour by luxury coach from Melbourne, arriving in this regional City for a scenic tour and coffee/rest stop.
With a rich heritage reflected in its historic buildings and now growing rapidly to encompass modern infrastructure and manufacturing, Geelong is home to a major University precinct, The National Wool Museum, a modern central retail hub, cafes, bars, along with a beautiful and unique waterfront alongside The Royal Geelong Yacht Club.
Here we pause briefly along Eastern Beach to remember an incident that happened in the 1800’s, now with a permanent reminder of the glory days of early Geelong.
From here we proceed back in time. Fascinating facts emerge about long lost items, hidden treasure and a little known world-wide conspiracy with a very real connection to this local area.
Wine and/or beer tastings are enjoyed at three prominent local venues with one of these being a 3 course LUNCH.
” Would you like wine with your conspiracy?”
What better way to ponder such mysteries than to relax with a glass of the local vignerons’ recommendation as you admire spectacular views over lunch at a premier winery with stunning bay views.
After being well “fortified”, our tour continues through quaint little seaside villages and on to the nautical Borough of Queenscliff. As we pause to admire the treacherous waters of The Rip, the aforementioned” fortifications” have a very different and historic meaning here in this township!
Delicious local food and spectacular wine is part of the diverse attractions of The Bellarine region, now becoming recognised as a place to visit, eat, drink or stay.
However we offer a true international-style Tour from beginning to end,
not merely transport from one venue to another.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Bellarine!
